Mantle
Well, since everyone kept asking, here ya go - this is what a "booger-picker" looks like. I gotta come up with something awesome for it. It shall be a permanent fixture on our mantle, wherever we go.
Are you entertaining the idea of spray painting it or otherwise changing its appearance? I was thinking a gold or bronze paint would make it look more like a trophy. The possibilities abound. All I know is I would not want that thing picking anything of mine! The fact that you want to keep it around really shows how dedicated you are to eradicating Sylvia's hold on you--literal hold and figurative hold.

DeleteOoh you could get a plaster bust/Greek style head and coil it around it, maybe affix it to the top somehow?

ReplyDeleteVery cool. Thinking you could wind the cording into the shape of a brain, then angle the picker to be pointing at the area where the booger was.
